Outside North America: When purchasing online you must have a PayPal confirmed address to buy New or Refurbished Laptops, Computers and Servers outside North America.  The checkout process will not charge your local taxes, duties or shipping.  After a successful payment for the product has been made, you will receive a final total invoice with international shipping rates and taxes if applicable.  Otherwise you may call customer service to order over the phone, then a final invoice may be created for you and then payment method will follow.

WHY are Refurbished Used Laptops better than NEW?  Refurbished Laptops and Used Laptops in stock today.  Refurbished Laptops are put thru a 48 hour test where proprietary software runs on the Laptop that insures high quality.  New Laptops are not equity tested as Refurbished Laptops.  After the Laptop Computers pass the strict 48 hour test they are cleaned and sometimes repainted and polished and look better than new.

All warranties will commence on the date of the ITW invoice. Warranties are to the original purchaser and will cover all component parts and labour with the exception of printer consumables. ITW will repair or replace the defective system or component part, at its option, free of charge. This limited Guarantee does not apply if the product defect was caused by negligence, accident, unreasonable use, modification, tampering or any causes not related to defective materials or workmanship.
